I have been remiss about posting over the past two weeks -- and missed posting about BIG news about ODF -- Belgium's adoption of ODF beginning in 2008 and public rumblings in India about the value of ODF. Fortunately, they were well covered, and deservedly.I was asked to share some thoughts with India's eGov Magazine in a recent interview. The topics of discussion: ongoing work of the Open ePolicy Group, open ICT ecosystems, open source and its alleged antagonism to intellectual property.
